That phrase perfectly explains how I can wander around JA's and not buy anything. Everything I saw had a twin at home in my staxh! Of course, coming home empty-handed is a sight not to be believed!marysewshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04482564881192516660noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-784733016362703557.post-36566565199759822972012-11-19T19:44:00.230-05:002012-11-19T19:44:00.230-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.marysewshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04482564881192516660noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-784733016362703557.post-25785126241422525162012-11-18T05:20:16.633-05:002012-11-18T05:20:16.633-05:00For the Tom and Linda Platt I went 1/2 'my col...For the Tom and Linda Platt I went 1/2 'my collection' fabric and 1/2 new yardage--wool crepe in teal from 'my collection' and wine from Vogue Fabrics (bricks and mortar). pattihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07666392421747356240noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-784733016362703557.post-41060414613422687152012-11-17T16:52:32.324-05:002012-11-17T16:52:32.324-05:00Carolyn! What fabric did you use, and where did you buy it?
Rachel: I looked everywhere and found a color here and a color there, but not 2 in the same store! Gorgeous Fabrics had a lovely "cranberry", Vogue had a lot of "crepe solid" if you type that in the search box, you'll see. Mood had some, along with Fashion Fabrics Club and Fabric.com
Someone along the way recommended "gabardine" if wool crepe wasn't working out. I'd consider 4 ply silk if it wasn't so cold here in Michigan!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08126043161321731207noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-784733016362703557.post-57209522042497982052012-11-17T16:06:56.836-05:002012-11-17T16:06:56.836-05:00Gawd, I never feel that way. Why isn't we can't find the fabric that matches RTW?
